NANPA is the North American Numbering Plan Administration. They maintain lists of 3-digit state and country dial codes for North America. WebCDR can automatically create prefix sets for you using the dial codes provided by NANPA.

If you are creating a US Intrastate rate for California, use the "NANPA US - CA" prefix set for both the source and destination prefixes. WebCDR uses the NANPA data and applies the rate to all calls starting with 1209, 1213, 1310, 1323, 1369, 1408, 1415, 1424, 1442, 1510, 1530, 1559, 1562, 1619, 1626, 1627, 1628, 1650, 1657, 1661, 1669, 1707, 1714, 1747, 1760, 1764, 1805, 1818, 1831, 1858, 1909, 1916, 1925, 1935, 1949, or 1951. Rather than having to maintain your own list of dial codes, WebCDR and NANPA take care of it for you.
